Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. All plumbing installations, repairs, and services performed by Howe 2 Plumbing are covered by a 1-Year Workmanship Warranty from the date of service. If an issue arises due to our workmanship within this period, we will return and correct the problem at no additional labor cost.

What’s covered:

  • Installation errors
  • Improper fittings or connections
  • Leaks resulting from workmanship
  • Service-related defects

What’s not covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
  • Pre-existing issues not addressed during the service
  • External factors (freezing, shifting pipes, water quality, etc.)

Manufacturer Coverage

In addition to our workmanship guarantee, all fixtures, parts, and equipment supplied by Howe 2 Plumbing are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty length and coverage vary depending on the product brand and model. We will assist you with manufacturer warranty claims and support whenever possible.

Manufacturer warranties may include:

  • Defective parts
  • Mechanical failures
  • Performance issues under normal use

Note: Manufacturer warranties typically cover parts only and will not include labour.
